Emily Rubidge is a Research Scientist focused on seascape ecology, systematic conservation planning, and ecological monitoring. She leads the Seascape Ecology and Conservation program and collaborates with Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Her work emphasizes understanding species responses to global change and improving conservation tools like marine protected areas. She holds a PhD from UC Berkeley, an MSc from UBC, and a BSc from the University of Victoria.
